Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping:
Office and shipping department hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Our standard policy for any item ordered, that is in stock, is to ship within 72 to 96 hours of your paid order but will usually ship earlier than that.
If an order is received before 5:00pm on day 1, we will make every effort to ship your order by day 2 provided day 1 and day 2 are both working days.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders within the 50 United States will be shipped via USPS 2 day service and a tracking number will be provided in your online order status once shipped.
Orders shipped from China will be sent via the best courier service and this may be any of the following or others depending on destination along with a corresponding tracking number for the chosen service.

We can make arrangements for specific carriers of your choice but please do so via email before placing the order online. Our standard policy on customs clearance states that the customer needs to be aware of their own country or regional laws and regulations with regards to peptides. It is impossible for us to keep current on all countries and localities around the world so it is important for you to ascertain the viability of customs clearance prior to placing your order. We do have experience with most countries and will prepare the samples to the best of our knowledge and capabilities. If there is any issue that arises with shipping, please contact us and we will work with you on a resolution up to but not exceeding replacement of the original order.
Returns:
All sales are final, we do not accept returns. We do, however, fully guarantee our peptide to be of the stated quality and purity as listed on the COA. If it is found to not be as stated we will make a full refund or replace the product. |
